I'm Zaid Shaikh, a B.Tech student in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (Minor in Computer Engineering) at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Mumbai.

I work across software development, embedded systems, IoT, and AI/ML, building projects that bring hardware and software together into working, real-world solutions. My interests span backend development with Python and Django, REST APIs, computer vision, and embedded firmware on platforms like ESP32, ARM, and STM32.

I learn primarily through project-based work — designing, building, and shipping systems end-to-end rather than just studying concepts in isolation. Currently exploring backend systems with Django REST Framework, AI/ML applications in healthcare and computer vision, and embedded systems & IoT integration (ESP32, sensors, MQTT).
